Hotels, Restaurants and Spa's
We have undertaken projects in the leisure sector including working with Listed Buildings to refurbish and convert to boutique hotels, with associated restaurant and spa facilities including pools and pool houses.
For private clients we have undertaken projects to include tennis courts, swimming pools and associated changing and leisure buildings.

Kesgrave Hall, Ipswich, Suffolk..
Refurbishment and conversion of Grade II Listed Building into Hotel and Reastaurant. The projct includes the conversion of the main house along with outbuildings into ancillery bedroom suites and meeting venues. Planning Permission has also been obtained for 7 contemporay self contained wood land lodges in the grounds of the hotel.
Maison Talbooth, Dedham, Essex
This existing Country House Hotel was extended to provide a new dining room and additional bedroom suites along with spa facilities including treatment rooms, swimming pool, spa pool, pool house and tennis court.
Private Clients
We have also been commisioned to provide swimming pools, pool houses and tennis courts for private clients. These have ranged from proposals in the curtilage of listed buildings and included schemes where the residentail curtilage of the property has been extended into the countryside.
